Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and major credit card. Boater’s license is encouraged but not required. We offer a safety course online which can be completed prior to checking in for your reservation.
Renter cannot be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and we hold the right to refuse service if we feel that the renter is impaired for operating a vessel on the water. This is a dangerous and risky activity, and we ask that you respect these policies so as not to cause any serious harm to yourself or others.
When renting a jet ski, it is expected to treat your rental as your own personal watercraft. If there is any damage caused during your rental, the renter is responsible to pay for all damages and any loss of income during the time it takes to make repairs. It is recommended to drive responsibility and with a sense of caution. A dock staff will go over the jet ski rental with you prior to departure and document the jet ski and any preexisting issues caused by prior jet ski rentals.
